12-Month Commitment Membership
Billed Monthly
This membership provides full access to the gym with a 12-month agreement. Your dues are billed monthly for the duration of the contract. After the 12-month term is complete, your membership will continue month-to-month unless you choose to cancel. Cancellation requires a 30-day notice to ASF, our billing company.

Month-to-Month Membership
A Month-to-Month Membership is a continuing membership agreement that renews automatically every month and remains in effect until canceled by the member. The member may cancel at any time by providing ASF with at least thirty (30) days' written notice. Membership fees will continue to be billed during the notice period. No long-term commitment is required beyond the 30-day notice.

A Day Fee is a non-recurring charge paid by a guest or non-member that grants access to the facility, equipment, and permitted amenities for one (1) calendar day only. Day Fees do not establish a membership and do not include recurring billing, member benefits, or extended access rights.

Week Pass
A Week Pass is a non-recurring fee that grants a guest or non-member access to the facility, equipment, and permitted amenities for a period of seven (7) consecutive days beginning on the date of purchase or activation. A Week Pass does not create a membership, does not include recurring billing, and may not be paused, extended, or refunded.

SilverSneakers
The oldest and most widely used fitness benefit program, offered by many different Medicare Advantage carriers — not tied to any single insurer. If your plan includes SilverSneakers, your membership may be covered at no cost to you.
Renew Active
Offered exclusively through UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans. If you are enrolled in a qualifying UnitedHealthcare plan, you may be eligible for gym access through Renew Active at no additional cost.
Wellhub (formerly Gympass)
A corporate and employer wellness benefit program. If your employer partners with Wellhub, you may have access to gym membership as part of your workplace wellness package. Check with your HR department to see if you qualify.
