Nothing kills consistency like negative energy. Most of all, just ask around. Your buddy could be hiding in a most unexpected place. It could be your dentist, your cousin, and your mechanic's hairdresser. Who knows? When you think about it, just about anyone can benefit from staying fit. In order to qualify for the free week, they must be listed on you guest list, be over the age of 18 years, and live in the area. There is absolutely no obligation for anyone that you refer. We will simply present the one-week membership as a gift from you or anonymously and give them a tour of the club. Do not wait and risk having one of your guest pay a guest fee when you can give them a free one-week membership. If you have lost your guest list, no problem just place the names and phones numbers of the people you would like to invite in on a regular sheet of paper and bring it into the club the next time you come in or email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
